Yvette (she/her/ella) is a cross-sector transformation coach who brings an authentic, intuitive, and personable exchange to her sessions. Determined to live a life with purpose, her vision is to raise the collective consciousness one person at a time.    

  

Her coaching consultancy, DesignTheCore, is aligned with her passion to help others dig deep and discover how self-care, interpersonal relationships, and career development can uplift or limit one's joy. The coaching methodology Core Energy Dynamics™ is the foundation of her practice. It focuses on getting to the root causes of an individual’s challenges to create life-long achievements. 

  

Yvette has been in service for almost 10years and works with business professionals of all levels on self-development and unpacking the intersectionality of experiences and beliefs that shape and inform one's choices. She is genuine about uncovering the 'Why' and the 'Why not now?' She has helped transform lives in non-profit, human services, academia, armed forces, and corporate industries through a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion and a heart-centered approach. Leaders from The Center for Conscious Leadership, Research Foundation of the City University of NY, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Millhill Child & Family Development, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, ACS Institute for Leadership Development, Women of Color in Pharmaceuticals (WOCIP), United States Navy, and Purchase College, NY are part of her portfolio. 

  

She identifies as an Afro-Latina, first-generation Puerto Rican, born and raised in New York City, who enjoys music & art, dancing, photography, and cycling. Family and friends are at the center of her happiness. Traveling the world is Yvette's greatest inspiration, but New York City remains her first love.
